The classes

Real coaching, for young athletes.

Our Kids and Teens classes take everything we do well with adults — structured sessions, scaled movement, genuine coaching — and deliver it in a way that's built for growing bodies and shorter attention spans. It's fun, fast-moving and full of variety, but it's never just a babysitting hour.

Kids and Teens train in separate, age-appropriate groups so the coaching, the loads and the games all fit where they are. They learn how to move well, build strength and confidence safely, and discover that being active is something to enjoy — a foundation that pays off long after they leave the floor.

What they learn

More than fitness.

Every session is designed around what young people actually need — physically and beyond it. The fitness is the vehicle; the habits and confidence are the destination.

  1. Physical literacy

    Running, jumping, climbing, lifting and landing — the fundamental movement skills that make kids capable, coordinated athletes.

  2. Confidence

    Learning a new skill, hitting a goal, being cheered on by the group. Capability on the floor becomes confidence everywhere else.

  3. Healthy habits

    Showing up, working hard and enjoying movement early sets a pattern that lasts a lifetime — long before it's ever a chore.

  4. Teamwork & resilience

    Partner workouts, friendly challenges and the occasional tough day teach grit, encouragement and how to bounce back.

Age-appropriate

Kids and Teens, coached differently.

A nine-year-old and a fifteen-year-old don't need the same session — so they don't get one. We run separate Kids and Teens class times on the timetable, with movement, loading and structure tuned to each stage. Everyone trains at the right level, with the right amount of challenge.

Every Kids and Teens session is led by our certified coaches in a safe, supervised environment. We hold ourselves to a clear Child Safety Policy and Code of Conduct, so parents can be confident their kids are in good hands — learning to move well without ever being pushed beyond what's appropriate.
