Kids and Teens, coached differently.
A nine-year-old and a fifteen-year-old don't need the same session — so they don't get one. We run separate Kids and Teens class times on the timetable, with movement, loading and structure tuned to each stage. Everyone trains at the right level, with the right amount of challenge.
