We are committed to maintaining a positive experience for all members and families. If you have any concerns, we encourage open and respectful communication.
How to Raise a Concern
Complaints can be made via:
- In person
- Phone
All concerns are handled by Claire.
Our Approach
- We aim to resolve issues informally wherever possible
- If needed, a more formal process will be followed
Response Time
We aim to acknowledge and respond to all concerns within 48 hours.
Escalation
If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be reviewed with a second party (Alan).
We are committed to listening, responding fairly, and resolving concerns in a respectful and timely manner.
