The class

One race. Endlessly trainable.

Hyrox is the same format anywhere in the world: run 1km, complete a functional station, repeat eight times. Ski erg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls — sandwiched between a kilometre of running each.

That predictability is the gift. Because the test never changes, your training can be precise. We build your running engine, drill every station, and rehearse the transitions and pacing that decide your time. Whether you've signed up for a race or you just love the format, our Hyrox class trains you for exactly what you'll face.

How it works

Run. Station. Repeat.

Every Hyrox session targets the three things that make or break your race: the engine to keep running, the strength to hit the stations, and the strategy to tie it all together.

  1. The running engine

Hyrox is half running by distance. We build the aerobic base and the ability to run on tired legs, again and again, station after station.

  2. The eight stations

Sled, ski, row, sandbag, wall ball, lunges, carry and burpees — drilled with real loads and real technique so race-day movements feel rehearsed, not surprising.

  3. Compromised running

The hard part isn't the run or the station — it's running well right after a sled. We train that exact transition until it stops wrecking you.

  4. Pacing & strategy

Gear choices, rep schemes, when to push and when to hold. We coach the race plan, not just the fitness, so you finish strong instead of blowing up at station four.

Athletes performing wall balls and ski erg during a Hyrox class

Race-specific

The real stations, every week.

We don't approximate Hyrox — we train it. Sleds at race weight, wall balls to the right target, sandbags on your shoulders and the ski erg humming. You'll know exactly how each station feels and how to attack it before you ever line up at an event.

  • Sled push & pull at race loads
  • Ski, row, wall ball and burpee broad jumps
  • Sandbag lunges and farmers carries
  • Movement standards that match the event

Race or just for fun

You don't need a race entry to belong here.

Plenty of our Hyrox crew are chasing a PB at the next event. Plenty more just love the format — the mix of running and grit, the clear structure, the satisfaction of a session that feels like sport. Both are welcome, and both get coached the same way.

  • Training for an upcoming Hyrox event
  • Gear, pacing and race-day strategy
  • Or simply training the format you enjoy
  • Scaled loads and distances for every level

Why train it here

An official training club.

Anyone can put a sled on the floor and call it Hyrox prep. We're authorised to deliver the program — and we coach it like the sport it is.

Officially affiliated

We're a recognised Hyrox Training Club, training the program the way it's meant to be trained.

Specific, not generic

Sessions are built around the exact stations, loads and distances of the race — not a vague 'functional cardio' class.

Strategy you can't Google

Pacing, gear selection and transitions are coached from experience, so you race smart instead of just hard.

A crew to chase

Training alongside other Hyrox athletes pulls a faster time out of you than any solo session ever will.

Race day energy

Train like the clock's already running.

Every session has the tempo of an event — so when you finally hit the start line, none of it is a surprise.

Who it's for

Runners, lifters and everyone between.

  • First-time racers

Signed up for your first Hyrox and not sure where to start? We'll build the engine and the skills and have you ready for the line.

  • PB hunters

Already raced and want to go faster? We sharpen pacing, transitions and weak stations to carve real minutes off your time.

  • Format lovers

No race, no problem. If you love running mixed with functional grunt work, this is the most fun hour on the timetable.
