    Alan is a CrossFit Level 3 Trainer (CF-L3). Scott is a Level 2 (CF-L2). Those certifications represent thousands of hours of training, study and assessed practice — and we keep learning. You'll always be coached, never just supervised.

Our flagship class and the foundation of everything we do. Strength, gymnastics and conditioning combined into coach-led group sessions that build broad, deep, lasting fitness. Every workout has options — beginner to RX'd — so you can walk in on day one and train alongside athletes who've been here for years.

Hyrox is the world's fastest-growing fitness race: eight 1km runs alternating with eight functional stations. We're an Official Hyrox Training Club, and our Hyrox class is built around the exact movements, distances and engines you need on race day — running, sled, ski, sandbag, wall ball, burpee broad jump, lunges, rowing.

Hypertrophy-focused training for members who want to build muscle, sculpt the body they want to live in, and do it all with great technique. Slower tempos, smart progressions, dumbbells, machines and free weights — programmed in cycles so you keep growing instead of just sweating.

CrossFit Level 3 Trainer (CF-L3)

Alan is one of two CrossFit Ulladulla owners and brings a Level 3 coaching certification — the highest-attainable practical level — to every class on the floor. He coaches with a sharp eye for technique, clear cues and a real interest in the long game of each member's training.

Scott co-owns the gym alongside Alan and coaches with a Level 2 CrossFit certification. He focuses on long-term member development, programming and the Hyrox side of the gym — making sure each session ladders into a defined cycle of strength, skill and capacity.

We embed our work in the broader CrossFit and Hyrox methodologies — but we structure everything around defined cycles. Strength blocks that progress over weeks.
