A typical hour
Warm-up, skill, workout, cool-down.
Class follows a structure so nothing is rushed and nothing is skipped. A coach-led warm-up primes the movements of the day. We teach or refine a skill. We hit the workout together — coached, counted and encouraged. Then we bring the heart rate down and set up the next session.
