The class

Functional fitness, coached properly.

CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movement performed at the intensity that's right for you. Lifting, carrying, jumping, pulling, running, rowing — the movements of real life, trained until they're strong, safe and second nature.

It's our flagship class and the foundation of everything we do. Every session is led by a certified coach, every movement has a scaled option, and every workout is part of a deliberate plan — not a random test of how tired we can make you. That's the difference between training for a season and training for life.

How it works

Three pieces, one engine.

Every CrossFit class blends three disciplines into a single hour. Over weeks and cycles, they compound into the kind of fitness that holds up — in the gym and outside it.

  1. Strength

    Barbell and dumbbell work — squats, presses, deadlifts and the Olympic lifts — built in progressive cycles so you get measurably stronger, not just sore.

  2. Gymnastics

    Bodyweight skill and control: pull-ups, push-ups, dips, handstands and core. We build the foundations first, then layer the flashy stuff on top.

  3. Conditioning

    The engine. Running, rowing, ski, bike and mixed-modal workouts that build a cardio base you'll feel on every hill, every beach walk and every set of stairs.

  4. Scaling

    The thing that makes it work for everyone. Every movement and load scales up or down so day-one beginners and seasoned athletes train the same workout side by side.

A typical hour

Warm-up, skill, workout, cool-down.

Class follows a structure so nothing is rushed and nothing is skipped. A coach-led warm-up primes the movements of the day. We teach or refine a skill. We hit the workout together — coached, counted and encouraged. Then we bring the heart rate down and set up the next session.

Every new CrossFitter starts with our Fundamentals onboarding — two focused sessions where we teach the core movements, show you exactly how scaling works, and walk you through what a class actually looks like. You join your first group class confident, not overwhelmed.
