CrossFit Ulladulla is a friendly, well-equipped centre on the South Coast of New South Wales

Officially opened in June 2013, we're located at 5 Coller Rd in the Kings Point Industrial Estate and are part of the Southern Fitness and Martial Arts Centre.

With an all brand new and state of the art facility, CrossFit Ulladulla is able to cater to every workout with plenty of space and equipment for all its members.

At CrossFit Ulladulla we cover off a range of different training disciplines – anything from Powerlifting, Strongman, Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics, Endurance and Swimming can be included in a WOD (workout of the day). You will learn a range of techniques for different movements and training styles, and since we are located on the beautiful South Coast, occasional sessions down at the beach are a definite possibility, particularly during summer.

Here at CrossFit Ulladulla, we believe that the training is only one part of the picture, and that so many other factors can contribute to whether or not a person is successful in their fitness goals. As such, we are keen to help our members create lifestyle changes and for them to transform themselves into the best possible versions of themselves that they can be. This can be in the form of extra training upon request, assistance with diet or nutrition recommendations, and also participation in small challenges throughout the year.

Casual visitors are always welcome so pop in for a workout during your visit to the beautiful South Coast.

Dane has been involved in , and around the fitness industry for more than 10 years. Starting in the local gym lifting weights, then moving into kickboxing , Muay Thai and then finally being introduced to CrossFit in 2012. He has also competed in numerous obstacle course races including tough mudder , Spartan series and an 8 hour adventure race in the Canadian rockies. Since starting CrossFit, Dane has found a whole new passion for helping others reach their fitness goals.

"I've been coaching sport & fitness since 2008 working in fields such as martial arts training, kettle bells, bodyweight and weight training. I continued to advance in my passion for fitness and movement in such forms as acrobatics, gymnastics then making the progression into CrossFit and all the variations it provides. My passion for CrossFit is a large part of my life, I am truly honoured to be a part of the sport."

CrossFit Teens

CrossFit Ulladulla Teens is a strength and conditioning program designed for 12-17 years old athletes and non-athletes alike. The program combines age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with high intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance, as well as establish a lifetime love of fitness.

Proper weightlifting techniques are taught, under the watchful eye of our Crossfit certified trainers, to enhance strength and power, while also focusing on basic gymnastics to increase agility, mobility and flexibility.

Our program will increase physical competence in 10 fitness domains:

- Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance
- Stamina
- Strength
- Flexibility
- Power
- Speed
- Coordination
- Agility
- Balance
- Accuracy

In addition, we aim to boost self-esteem and confidence within our teens. We want to give them the strength, both physically and mentally, to tackle any obstacle thrown their way inside or out of the gym.

With workouts that are scalable for all individuals, CFU CrossFit Teens can equally benefit both the accomplished athlete as well as the less active individual.
